Words worth sharing

Sometimes the things that frighten us aren’t the Big Things,

they are struggles to follow small inner promptings

– to sit still and breathe deeply while a thousand small tasks call our name; to take some time to do things we love even though it does not contribute directly to paying the bills;

to express our creative impulse.

Our vision for ourselves is one of wholeness,

no aspect left behind.

Fear sometimes arises – often we aren’t sure why.

It doesn’t matter.

What matters is to use our courage, our strength,

our heart to serve the vision at the centre of our being.
